What We Do

Sourcing, Inspection and Consolidated Delivery

Our work covers three areas: sourcing parts through authorized channels, verifying them on receipt, and consolidating multi-line orders into a single shipment.

  • Wide coverage of common passive values, packages and semiconductor families.
  • Stock position and lead time confirmed in writing with every quotation.
  • ESD packaging and moisture barrier bags for sensitive semiconductor devices.

Quality Control

Incoming Inspection Process

Three checks are performed before material is released to the picking area. Records are retained with the lot number and can be provided on request.

Channel Verification

Packing labels, lot codes and date codes are checked against the supplier documents on receipt.

Visual & Dimensional Check

Package outline, pin count and marking legibility are inspected, with AOI support for ICs.

Electrical Sampling

Sampled units are measured for value, forward voltage or regulation before shelving.
